I had a hard drive failure this past weekend, so I'm formatting a new machine all this week.
I successfully installed my FTP Voyager 14.1.0.3 program into my new machine (Windows 7 Pro).
I created a CSV file on my old machine, now I have to figure out how to import all my FTP sites. So far, the screen prompts & help haven't made any sense to me.
I went to Tools -> Import -> Text (CSV) file, and I selected my file - Sites.CSV - from the list.
Here's an example of some of the text in my CSV file:

It's the following screen that makes no sense to me. No matter what I select, nothing is imported!
I've actually done this several times in the past successfully, but I'll be danged if I can remember how I did it!
Please advise.
