Report on Update Date of Approval

Guys, how to create a report showing when an update was approved/declined/approved for removal  and ideally by whom and to what computer groups

Hello Shocko,

There's a default report that does just that.  Go to Administration and Reporting -> Reporting -> WSUS Reports -> Windows Server Update Services and run the Update Approvals report.

It should have all of the information you've asked for.
