Is there a way to copy an existing view as a tab in another view?

I'm trying to copy the IIS view to a custom view. Is there an easy way to do this?

The "view" itself is inclusive of the subviews. So it's not possible copy just the subview itself, but you can copy the entire view with the subviews included and assign that view to a different application if needed.
