On the Network Summary page I have a number of alerts showing in the all triggered alerts section. When I go to the alerts page they do not show. I'm unable to acknowledge these alerts.
Do you have your search criteria set properly and placed a check mark next to "Show Acknowledged Alerts"?
Network Objects: All Network Objects
Type of Device: All Device Types
Alert Name: All Alerts
yes, I've tried show acknowledged and not. But the issue is I can't get them to show so i can aknowledge them to get them off the front page.
Just a quick question. Are the alerts Basic or Advanced?
Basic Alerts cannot be acknowledged from the Web Console. Only Advanced Alerts can.
