I have only been an Orion user for a year or so, but I have seen ALOT of questions about email alerting.
The editor we get to create our email alerts is an embarrasment to Orion family. It is extreamly difficult to get any type of formatting to work, not to mention we cannot use simple formatting tricks like BOLD.
PLEASE - Let the developers spend some time on this editor - its HORRIBLE to work with, and there is NO alternatives. At the least, gives us a simple WYSIWYG type editor or something. We have more control in posting in the formus than we do with Advance Alerting.

I create a email with all the info necessary for our staff to know exactly where the device is, a bit of history, inventory information etc. So I create it as this (Please note the SPACING - TABS do the same thing)
