eoc refresh time

hello,,

will there be a difference in refresh time for the eoc on the ff resources;

-map1 with all the devices displayed

-map1 displayed as nested

I don't understand your question. What's do you mean by "ff" resource? Can you restate your question regarding maps?

- map1-consist of say 10 devices ( so in the eoc homepage you see all 10 objects)

- map x - a nested map that consist of map1 ( so in the eoc homepage you see only map1, single obect), still need to dig into this map to see all the 10 devices.

map1=10devices (single level map)

mapx=nested map1=10devices (two level map)

- does this setup matters with regards tothe refresh time

There shouldn't be that much of a difference.

I know the network atlas team has been looking at optimizing some of the map rendering in regards to nested maps. I believe that is in EOC 1.1 sp1.

they have said that in one of my posts recently and as we dont know when will they release the sp1, iam trying to do some workaround.
