Forgot to uninstall licenses - what do i do next?

Hi all,

During an implementation we were having an issue with the ISS and when we contacted solarwinds support they intrusted us to rebuild the server from scratch.

Unfortunately we did not uninstall the licenses. So after rebuilding the server we have now attempted to access the license key page and found that the NPM license was nt there.

 

Any tips, advise on how to get out of this messy situation???

Hi,

Open a support ticket and select Customer Service for the SolarWinds application field.

Give the name of the computer on which the license was installed so that they can reset the license.

Specify as well the version of NPM that was installed. (8.5.1, 9.0, 9.5 etc...)

You should have a response in few hours or less asking further information or saying you the license has been reset and is available on your customer portal.
