IPSLA operation data missing in DB

Hi,

Last week we observed something mischievous in our Solarwinds VNQM. All the IPSLA operations were showing grayed out in the webpage. On checking we found that all the IPSLA data in the DB are missing, just like the related DB tables are wiped out. We have checked the logs and havent seen anything unusual. There were some DB connectivity alerts in the even log(Event ID:0). Can some one please help me to identify the issue which led to this.
