Getting a meaningless email alert:
"VOIP Alert: Mean opinion score for node HQrIPSLA is 0"
My setup is a Hub and Spoke with the HQrIPSLA as the source of the UDP jitter probes. This doesnt tell me what call path has problems.... I have only 12 remote routers set up to be responders, so this shouldnt be terribly complex (I think). The advanced alert syntax in NPM is as follows: "VOIP Alert: Mean opinion score for node ${NodeName} is ${MOS}" Is there a better syntax to allow the remote node to appear in the email alert?
Brief History:
Unfortunately, when we upgraded to a new NPM 9.5 and then did the IP SLA upgrade piece, we lost the config for the old VOIP Monitor. I added the nodes back and reconfigured the call paths to the original format. Now the alerts are incorrect.
