Exchange White Space Alert set up.

I'm looking for advice how to set up an alert which looks at our Exchange 2007 server's White Space.

When I manually check White Space I go into Windows Application Event log and search for Information Event id 1221 then look for a particular Mailbox Database.

Ideally I'd like Solar Winds Alert Manager to email me when the value goes under a certain amount.
