EOC - Unmanage interface or device shows group status as yellow

I'd like to see EOC changed so that when a node or an interface in Orion does not affect the top level status of the Orion server. This is also an Orion issue because the unmanaged interface makes the device green with a red box.

Is this an EOC issue or Orion? Either way I'd like to see it fixed.

Are you referring to the status of an Orion server when the resource is grouped by Orion server?

Yes...in the Global Node Status by Site level 1 is Orion. We group by Orion, then vendor then machine type. So level 1 and 2 are green with the yellow box. At the node level is green with the red box. All ports are up on that device but one interface is unmanaged at this time.

Bryan, we changed the logic in the EOC 1.3 SP1 which is going to be released soon, so that unmanaged nodes don't affect the overall status of the group. Please install the SP1 when it's available and let us know, if you still think it works incorrectly.
