How do I disable the config changes showing the config in Netpath?

We just upgraded to NCM 7.5, which adds a "Config Change" notice to Netpath. Problem is I had a user who has no NCM access click it and it displayed the entire config for him.

Good to know. I will move NetPath to the Configs Tab_Menu so only users who can see configs will see Netpath until this is fixed.
