How do uninstall ipMonitor? Add/Remove programs did not work. Services and folders still running. I want to completely uninstall this program completely. Do you have uninstall utility?
That is odd, that should have worked. Add/Remove Programs always works for me when I am adding and removing new builds from development and stuff. Did you get any errors when you tried from here?

I reinstalled ipMonitor then tried to remove it again and still there. ipMonitor services and ipMonitor folder still there after reboot.
Try this:
1. Do a search on your system for ipmon*.msi
2. Find the latest version of this file
3. Run the file as Administrator, and choose Remove.
I found the .msi file in C:\Windows\Downloaded Installations\{35F9C12A-E177-4022-A0E6-979E436562BF}
Note that .msi files open normally in the administrative context, so you won't see "Run as Administrator" when you right-click on one.
You will, however, see an "Uninstall" option, which worked swimmingly for me.
