Interface bandwidth report Actual VS Custom

Hi,

So, is there any way i could add a column in table to show CUSTOM INTERFACE Bandwidth (i.e. manually set)?

I am generating WAN interface bandwidth utilization report. I am getting ACTUAL xmit, receive, % etc. but i want to mention what is the bandwidth I am paying for. I mean i want to show, bandwidth of the link as per ISP contract. It is set manually (custom xmit, rcv) because interface (hardware) bandwidth polled by SNMP is gig which makes my % utilization wrong figure.

Are you trying to find a way to put this data in a report?

If so, it's just the standard bandwidth metric. Those custom values go into the same column as the SNMP-polled values in the database.

You can verify by querying your database for any interfaces that have a custom value set:

SELECT
n.Caption 'Node'
,n.IP_Address 'Node IP'
,i.Caption 'Interface'
,i.InBandwidth/1000/1000 'Receive MBps'
,i.OutBandwidth/1000/1000 'Transmit MBps'
FROM Nodes n
JOIN Interfaces i ON i.NodeID = n.NodeID
WHERE i.CustomBandwidth = 1

The columns you're looking for in the web report engine are 'Received Bandwidth' and 'Transmit Bandwidth'
