I'm new to IPAM and any help will be appreciated.
In our network, we assigned IPs and assign a transient state and add custom fields. When the "box" goes live, it automatically changes the status from transient to used.
Now, the problem I'm having is that when I pull a report and find the amount of transient sites, I go back to check those IPs.
When I do so, I find that the status went from used to transient although the boxes are still live.
Then I run a manual scan and their statuses change back.
Can anyone explain why this is happening and how can I prevent it from doing so?
