have much than 100 SQL instance to be put on DPA, is there any script to help ?

I have many sql instance to be put on DPA for monitoring and alerting. Is there any script to help as manual process is killing me...

Yes, we have a Mass Registration feature you can use and it's documented here: Register multiple database instances - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and Support

FYI, we are also working on adding an API for managing the DPA environment, so look for that in an upcoming release as well.
