Data for 79XX Cisco Polycom Phones

Hello All,

I am a bit of a new guy and this is my first experience with VQNM.  I am having an issue getting call details for the 79XX Polycom Phones I have in some conference rooms.  My guess is that it isn't a supported device, but I want to be sure.  Sometimes 79XX's aren't available in VQNM, as in they are missing and I can not find them when I search for them.  Please excuse my ignorance in advance!

Just in case anyone runs into this issue, the phones are not capable of collecting and reporting the data.  Below is the information from the TAC Case:

Thank you for the update.

After doing some research It seems the behavior you are facing is actually working as designed.

The reason why the 7937 ip phones don’t log CMR data is because that model don’t support  the K-Factor(varQMetrics ) data that is displayed in CMR

Please refer to the following link (k-factor data) and notice the 7937 is not included in the table number 1
