Is there a way to disable the "File Sharing"-feature for a group of Serv-U users?

After enabling "File Sharing" on a Serv-U v15 we've noticed that the feature is available for all users on that site.Is there a way to disable the feature for a certain group of user? For example via "limits & settings"?

This feature is currently enabled globally to all users, however this is existing feature request. You can also comment here on this FR: http://thwack.solarwinds.com/ideas/2724.
