OLE System Files in Use

When trying to install Solarwinds TFTP, I am prompted to reboot with the message "OLE System Files in Use". With each reboot the same message keeps popping up. I am running W2K Pro fully patched.

Format your system, although not always an option have had the same problem, it fixed it.
