Disk alert for EVA storage not working

Hi Everyone,

I created a new threshold for our EVA storage and set the operational status to != Test. I figured this would fire off an alert after 30 minutes since the operational status is set to OK. I created the threshold and assigned it to our EVA Storage Policy. This is using SMI-S. Any ideas what the issue is? Thanks for your help!
