Not Displaying Hostname or IP address

Hi. I am getting inconsistent results.

Some switches show just the MAC address.

Some show everything correctly.

And others show a mixture of hostname/IP/MAC, or IP and MAC but no hostname.

Some suggestions:

Check with Switch Port Mapper from the Engineer's Toolset: does this show correctly?

If the issue persists, I'd suggest logging a ticket with Support.

Did you resolve this issue? I am also having the same issue.

Hi I am seeing the same things some switches are fine others which are running the same IOS report nothing?

Fixed a few by deleting them and re-adding them?

Opened a case with Solarwinds, nothing back from them yet,

Hi. We had to make sure there was a level 3 router listed for that device.
