Profiler unable to gather backup data from Networker Server

Hello,

We have just restarted the Networker backup server and restarted the MySQL services in the Profiler server the usual way but now data is not being gathered by the server. Is there a way to check if the Profiler services from 2 servers are communicating and sending data?

Jeffrey,

You should be able to click on the traffic light icon from Settings > All Devices page to see if the STM server is communicating with the agent on the Networker backup server. If you see a page with all of the modules and their statuses and versions listed, you know that server - agent communication is working over the web port (default 4319). If not, you have an issue where one of the services is down or something is blocking the connection.
