FTP Voyager Scheduler 15.2.0.11

Question

I have FTP Voyager Scheduler installed in a server and all scheduled processes disappeared from the list. Is there a way to retrieve those processes? Assistance is greatly appreciated.

Check C:\ProgramData\RhinoSoft.com\FTP Voyager for a file named "FTP Voyager Scheduler.SCH.Backup".  If it hasn't been overwritten since your schedule was lost, you may be able to restore it from this file by shutting down FTP Voyager, renaming the file to remove the ".Backup" and restarting Scheduler.
