still no lync support?

What can I monitor with this product in a Lync 2013 environment, if anything? Can I at least watch SIP information from the phones or not?

Hi Josh,

we are actually investigating support for MS Lync for VNQM, it's one of our highest priorities for the future. If you want to monitor at least some MS Lync statistics, you can use SAM (Server And Application) monitor that offers MS Lync templates (include SIP statistics):

Thank michal I'll add the SAM components to watch for now. I purchased the above before I actually read, and just assumed Lync support

If you guys need any development tests for Lync support with it, i'm more than happy to help - it's just an empty component in my Orion engine until then!
