WPM Player showing duration 0.00 second error #WPM

Hi all,

we have 10 WPM player.

1 player showing 0.00 second playback,

can please anyone help or have face this same issue? how to solve this?

Not sure I can explain that... Might be a good idea to open a ticket and see if the support team can diagnose what is happening there.

Web Performance Monitor (formerly SeUM) are you able to help or suggest anything for me to do regarding above issue? WPM Player showing duration 0.00 second error #WPM !

If you open the transaction in the recorder and play it back does this same step report 0.00 there as well?

jvb, nope when play using recorder it play normally. and currently we have multiple wpm player and the setup is same. but only this one have the issue.
