We are trying to pull the results of the command "show high-availabitliy state" from various PA using Kiwi. Needless to say all I get is (see attached). How do I fix this?

It's looking like the user you are connecting with in CatTools - "backup" is not having rights to send High Availability commands.
Please check the privilege level of the user or use the same user you have used to capture the session in PuTTY - "padmin" and try

Can you please post back us with the manual PuTTY session log of the command as well as debug log and info log of CatTools(This will be there in "..\CatTools3\Infolog.txt" and under "..\CatTools3\Debug".
To get the debug log , enable capture mode under File menu.
This will help me to analyse the issue.
