EOC Not showing Nodes

Hello,

We recently un-installed and re-installed NPM, APM, VoIP Monitor, NTA and EOC. I got everything back up and running for the most part execpt EOC. I added my servers back into EOC and I see Nodes wtih Problems, Alerts, Events, etc but my Global Nodes tree says "No data to Display" If I edit the resource, I see my custom properties but the nodes aren't being listed. Any ideas?

Edit: The map doesn't show a status for any of the nodes either...

If you just group by Vendor or Node does it show any information.

How many Orions do you have?

This isn't a requirement, but I'm guessing that some of your Orions do not have the same list of custom properties. It looks like there is a bug in our query where we expect values to appear for the custom properties for each Orion.

If this is your case, one workaround for now is to give all the Orions the same list of custom properties.

We have two Orion servers. The custom properties are not 1 for 1 but the ones that we use to group things are identical. IE: We have a Region and City custom property that exists on both servers that are the first two levels that we use.

This used to work prior to our server move.
