Unable to find EOC Services, DB in new EOC console

We have installed new EOC console in our network. After installation, we are unable to fine the Solarwinds Services and DB manager to access EOC Db. Please let me know how can i find it.

Ben, EOC doesn't install those administration tools which are installed with NPM. Do you have any specific issue, which you need these tools for?
