NPM/NTA/NCM/APM/Websvr/Poller

I've posted a similar question in the past, but now I have some additional modules.

I was wondering what would be the best/efficient layout for all the above apps?

Is the below configuration an optimal one?

Server1 >> NPM and NTA
Server2 >> NCM and DB
Sever3 >> Websvr
Server4 >> Poller

Where should I put APM?
