Unable to add an action to a task

I have been experiencing all sorts of scheduler problems with FTPVoyager v 16.0.1.3 since the daylight saving time change. I have had to delete profiles and recreate them. However, today FTP voyager is not allowing me to Add an Action to a task (new or existing). Any ideas?
