I have several schools that connect to HQ for internet, voice and data. The problem i'm having is that one of our schools is taking up a ton of bandwidth. Is their a tool in the engineers toolset thatt will allow me to capture specific protocol traffic off of a router's serial interface. the closest tool i've found is the real-time interface monitor, but i need more specific info on protocols like voice, ip, mpls, tcp, udp, web...etc....
I would like to show my manager's the type of traffic and how much bandwidth each protocol is using.
