I have a SolarWinds SCP server collecting log files from multiple sites.
Twice in the last month it has spontaneously stopped running.
Environment is:
Platform VMWare; dual Xeon, 4GB RAM, 1TB harddrive
OS Windows Server 2016
SCP server version 1.0.4.9
WMI Application log around time of failures shows:
Event ID 100
Faulting application name: SolarWindsSftpServer.exe, version: 1.0.4.9
Faulting module name: wodSSHD.dll, version 2.2.9.381
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x00094bba
I can identify no disk congestion, no TCP port contention, no I/O contention.
Any/all assistance stabilizing this service is much appreciated.
