I have enabled a sound for a specific alert in trigger condition action and enabled the alert sound for a user account , but when the user logins to solarwinds and the alert is fired, there is no sound in the web page .For your information , I have used different web browsers as IE 11 ,firefox 66 and Google chrome 74.03729 . I don't want to use desktop notification because I don't the user to acknowledge the alert .
