Forgot admin credentials

Hi,

I forgot the administrator credentials(both username & password) in Solarwinds EOC. Can some one help me know how to find it ( atleast from DB ).

Call support for assistance on this. Backdoor access if available should not be posted in a public forum.

EOC uses ldap authentication so it's either going to be a local server account on the server that was installed, or the domain account you were signed in with. If all else fails, you can rerun the configuration wizard and specify your domain account as the admin. Unlike Orion, EOC doesn't use admin, guest, etc style accounts. It uses local server or domain credentials.
