Unable to Download FTP Voyager 16.2.0.328

I am a long-time FTP Voyager user. I’m trying to download the update.

From FTP Voyager “Update Check” I go to Download;

I fill out the Contact Information and select “Proceed to Download”

I receive a Server Error page. “500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.”

Am I doing something wrong, or does the server have an error?
