My reports aren't working

I'm trying to schedule reports and they are showing up as pdf file with a picture of the login screen to solar winds. Not very helpful...What am I missing here?

Did you also provide the orion login at job setup? If you did, make sure the user-id has permissions to view reports. Usually you get this when you didn't provide a Orion account, or it was entered wrong.

I tried to reply on the forum, but it's not letting me...that was totally the problem though. when I used the built in orion admin account it worked like a charm.
