The moment occurs slowly, I can not view the most used protocols in netflow.

Another point, can shorten the measurement netflow. Today it is 15 minutes.

I'm slightly confused since there is already a TOP XX protocols chart.  Granted no pie chart for it but it shows what I think you want.  Also make sure you time out active flows at least every minute at the router.  There are some articles that explain how NTA rolls up data. 

If you use the NTA chart I mentioned and timeout flows as mentioned then you should see 1 minute granularity over 15 minutes.  From within this chart you can drill down further.
