I can't figure out how to RSVP for the labs anymore?

When I see the new labs announced on the homepage I see RSVP button but on the page it takes me to I can't seem to find or see anywhere to actually RSVP? We used to be able to RSVP and get a calendar file we could download and add to outlook. It would show who all was signed up in a list. Does this not do anything like this anymore? Maybe I'm missing something?
