Our current ipMonitor setup was done by another technician and he used a temp. email for the Server Email Address (name@domain.com basically). I want to use a dedicated service mailbox/account for these and have edited the "ipMonitor Server Email Address" field to have "ipMonitorAlert@domain.com" but my alerts continue to come from the name@domain.com that they originally did. Am I missing a step in changing this? I just need the from: field to show the change.
