Can you please send us the diagnostics file? This should help development isolate the issue. Please also answer the questions below.
I figured it out. One of the nodes was deleted so I guess VoIP Monitor got confused. I had to go thru the admin page and delete the node from the site and readd it.BB
Thanks for the update. I provided the error and details to development so they can try to duplicate the issue and provide a more meaningful error message.
