How to wipe UDT database?

I have NPM and UDT integrated and installed on a single server, the database is separate. I am having issues with UDT detecting my switchports. I am thinking of wiping UDT related stuff in the database without affecting NPM. How would I do this?

I searched our support DB and found out that you were able to fix the problem yourself. If you find a minute, could you please post here a bit more details about the issue and solution?
