Some one can help me. I tried to use new Serv U 15.1 and found some error as image file. Please help to provide solution to fix because we are under process to purchase the license.
Note: Serv U is running on Windows 2012 R2 server.
This could be a lot of different things.
Since you are thinking of buying, contact sales- they should be able to help you. If you don't want to do that, here are some general troubleshooting steps to narrow down the problem:
-On the same box that houses serv-u, try to connect. If this works, you have a network problem. If it fails, you have a app/OS problem.
-For network problems, try connecting on the local segment. If that works, try behind the first router, second, etc. until you hit the place it doesn't work.
-For local issues, turn off fire wall & AV. See if that works.
Worth trying with other FTP software such as FileZilla or WinSCP - I have seen issues in the past with specific SSH ciphers. Or try disabling AES128-CBC in the Serv-U encryption settings as a test to see if it negotiates ok on a different cipher.
