I'm not sure if this is a THWACK issue or an issue with my SolarWinds customer account.
I have a license for WPM through ACM. When I go to https://thwack.solarwinds.com/thwack-beta.jspa?groupID=1492 to access the WPM beta, I receive the following error:
It appears you do not have a license for Web Performance Monitor, or you are no longer under active maintenance. In order to participate in the Web Performance Monitor Beta program, customers need to ensure their license(s) are under active maintenance. If you feel this is a mistake, please contact customersales@solarwinds.com. |

I double checked my THWACK profile and confirm that my customer ID is present and the WPM license is listed.

I've submitted an email to sales as requested and generated Case # 00238789.
I'd really like to download the beta before the end of the week to test it with an ongoing issue I'm troubleshooting so, any assistance with this would be much appreciated!
