Is it possible to pull Interface Last input/output stats

Pretty much as the title says. Just want to know if can get this information from the switch so I can do utilization reports. I would like to know how many ports on a switch have not be used in the last 90 days. Thanks in advance.

I have NPM and UDT only.

Are you monitoring all of those interfaces in NPM? I would think you could create a report from NPM with traffic stats on those ports, rather than UDT
