What should I do to keep alert from re-trigger in the alet logic ?
(The alert will make new service desk ticket)

In the alert itself, when looking at your trigger action. If you have it set to Send Email/Page, it emails whoever, and you don't want it to keep blasting someone after you've acknowledged the alert (that is what you are asking?). Under Execution Settings is where you need to look:
I got support to help it's the timer for ack I had problem with.
Now I have the timer on MAX of 90 days or so... :-)
It's abiggy when you have alot of "open problemes" that you need 3 party to fix...
