DoD IIS 7.0 STIG Issues with .Net Trust Level

All, I am doing IIS 7.0 STIGs and one of the STIG items, WA000-WI6200, requires that the .Net Trust Level be set to 'Medium'.  Although when I make this setting SolarWinds site stops working.  The only setting that seems to work is 'Full'.  I'm sure there a lot of DoD people on this site, has anyone else come across this issue?  Anyone have a resolution?

I ended up calling SolarWinds support in regards to my issue.  They told me that the .Net Trust Level in IIS must be 'Full' or their application would not work.  I was provided an e-mail for documentation purposes to mitigate the issue.
