TFTP on 2003 Service Won't Start!

I installed TFTP server on a 2003 server. It opens fine, but I need it to run as a service. I used the resource kit utility to install the tftp-server.exe as a service, but it won't start, "error 1503: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion." Any ideas???
