Error Collecting data from CallManager Server

Hello,

We have the VoIP Monitor installed and are trying to collect data from both our Publisher and Subscriber CallManager servers. The Publisher seems to be working ok, but we've had the subscriber added for a few days and it still says "No Data Collected Yet." We are aslo getting the following error in the Events Section.

Error "SNMPVersion must be 1, 2, or 3" while polling Cisco Call Manager(Express) hosted by node <CallManager Node Name>

We're able to pull normal stats from the server just fine.

Any ideas?

I'd say give support a call on that one. They'll be able to find the issue.

This is a reply a year later than this post, but we were having the same issue as well. Turns our that our issue wasn't with Orion really. It was with the Call Manager and Subscribers themselves. Occasionally, different members of our Call Manager Cluster would go into an unknown state and Orion would give me the same error as you are/were getting. So, everytime this happens, I have to go into the OS Serviceability on the Call Manager and re-enter the SNMP Community Name. This restarts the SNMP Master Agent on all subscribers and the publisher. Once the Master Agent completes it's restart, they showed back-up in Orion. This happens at least once a month for us and this is the band-aid I have been using when this happens. I have not opened a ticket with Cisco just yet. Hope this helps!
