MDAC

I am running Eng 2002 Toolkit, I am getting a database corupt, reload Solarwinds. When I follow the error link to Solarwinds.net. It tells me to run the WIN2K Repair. I did this and it didnt work. I then ran the MDAC Componenet chacker and it tells me I am running Version 2.7 RTM Refresh (2.70.9001.0) and I have a File Version mismatch on file msjtes40.dll, expect 4.00.2927.8, Got 4.00.7328.0. I got this error even prior to upgrading to WIN2K SP4. Does anyone know how I may correct this?
