I've got about a dozen non-admin users that use DameWare to remote into end user devices and provide tutorials for staff within our network. They've never had an issue using the tool to connect to Windows 7 machines but have been unable to connect once the computer is upgraded to Widows 10. When connecting, the screen remains white and the message at the bottom says "Authenticating" but never moves past this point. I imagine there's a permission setting I need to apply within either Windows 10 or the DameWare client but can't seem to find it. I'm fairly new when it comes to managing this software and am at a loss for resolving it.
